Where You Actually Need Them.

Adding a double GPO next to an existing circuit is typically a couple of hours' work. Run length, wall construction, and whether a new circuit is needed change the price - a single-storey cavity-brick wall is quick, a two-storey run or a solid wall takes longer. We quote in writing before we start, so what we quote is what you pay unless the scope changes.

Yes. Combination outlets with built-in USB-A and USB-C ports are a popular swap for bedside tables, kitchen benches and home offices - you charge phones and tablets without losing a power socket. We can retrofit them into an existing point or install new ones.

Larger appliances usually do. Ovens, cooktops, air conditioners and sometimes dishwashers draw too much to share a general power circuit safely, so they run on a dedicated circuit from the switchboard. If your board is full or old - common in older Cowra homes - it may need an upgrade first, and we'll tell you before starting.

Yes. Outdoor and garden power points use weatherproof (IP-rated) enclosures and the correct external cable, and we run them on RCD-protected circuits so they're safe in the wet. Good for pumps, outdoor kitchens, Christmas lights, and entertaining areas.

Treat it as urgent. A scorched, browned or crackling outlet usually means a loose connection or heat build-up behind the plate, which is a genuine fire risk. Stop using it and give Hayden a call - we'll replace the outlet and check the wiring behind it rather than just swapping the face plate.
