What We Install

Fans That Run Steady And Quiet.

A ceiling fan is only as good as its mounting. We fix the bracket to the ceiling joist or a proper support batten - never the plasterboard alone - so the fan spins without wobble on every speed and keeps running quiet for years. Supply and install, or install-only if you've already bought the fan.

Supply & install or install-only - we can source the right fan for the room, or fit the one you already have.
Wobble-free mounting - fixed to the ceiling framing so the fan runs balanced and quiet, not shaking off the plaster.
Fans with light kits - fan and light wired the way you want them, on the right switching.
DC-motor fans - quieter, far less power, more speeds and remote or app control. AC fans too if you prefer a wall switch.
Summer & winter direction set - we set it up to cool in summer and push warm air down in winter, and show you how to switch it.
Common Jobs

What People Usually Call Us For.

Straightforward fan jobs done without fuss. Most are a single visit.

New Fan Installations

A fan added to a bedroom, living area or an open-plan space that never had one. We run the wiring, mount it to the framing, and set the switching or remote up neatly.

Replacing Old Or Wobbly Fans

Swapping out a tired, noisy or wobbling fan for a new one. We take the old unit down, check the mounting, and fix the new fan properly so the shake is gone for good.

Fans With Light Kits

Fan-and-light combos for rooms where you want both from one fitting. We sort the wiring so the fan and light run how you like them, on a remote or separate switches.

Wall Controls & Remotes

Speed and direction from a tidy wall control, a handheld remote, or app control on the newer DC fans. We match the control to the fan and show you how it works.

Outdoor & Patio Fans

Alfresco and entertaining areas need an outdoor-rated fan with the right IP rating so it handles the weather. We install them on weatherproof, RCD-protected circuits.

Whole-Home Fan Fit-Outs

Fans through every bedroom and living area at once - the cheapest way to keep a Central West house comfortable across a long, hot summer. Quoted as one job.

Sick of a fan that shakes and rattles?

One fan or the whole house - we mount them to the framing so they run steady and quiet. We quote the same way either way.

How It Works

In And Out In A Day.

Most ceiling fan jobs are done in a single visit. We confirm the scope, quote it properly, and get it done.

Step 1

Tell Us What You Need

Phone, text, or the quote form. Tell us the room and whether you've bought a fan or want us to supply one. Photos of the ceiling help - send them through.

Step 2

Written Quote

Supply and install or install-only, quoted in writing before we start. What we quote is what you pay unless the scope changes.

Step 3

On-Site Install

We fix the bracket to the framing, wire in the fan, light and controls, and test it on every speed. Plaster dust vacuumed, covers fitted, job done.

Step 4

Set & Certified

Summer and winter direction set, remote explained, and a Certificate of Compliance issued where required. Invoice emailed the same day.

Ceiling Fan FAQ

Common Questions

Yes. A ceiling fan connects to your fixed wiring, so in NSW it has to be installed by a licensed electrician - the same rule applies to light fittings and exhaust fans. Plug-in fans you can do yourself, but anything hardwired to the ceiling is licensed work. We install it properly and issue a Certificate of Compliance where required.
A wobble almost always comes down to the mounting. If a fan is fixed to the plasterboard alone rather than the ceiling framing, it will shake as it spins and get worse over time. We fix the bracket to the joist or a proper support batten so the fan runs steady on every speed - the single biggest thing that gets you comfortably through a Central West summer.
In summer the fan should turn anti-clockwise (looking up) to push air straight down and create a cooling breeze. In winter, reverse it to clockwise on low speed - that pulls air up and pushes the warm air near the ceiling back down the walls, so your heating works less. Most fans have a reverse switch or a remote setting, and we'll show you how to change it before we leave.
DC-motor fans use a lot less power, run noticeably quieter, and usually come with more speed settings and a remote or app control. AC fans are cheaper up front and can be run off a standard wall switch. For a bedroom or a fan that runs most of a Cowra summer, the DC motor is worth it for the quiet and the running cost - we install both and can talk through what suits the room.
Yes. We install fans with built-in light kits, and we can set you up with a wall control, a handheld remote, or app control depending on the model. If you're replacing an old fan-and-light on a single switch, we'll sort the wiring so the fan and light run the way you want them.
Yes. Alfresco, patio and outdoor areas need a fan rated for the conditions - look for the right IP rating so it stands up to moisture and dust. A fan meant for an indoor bedroom won't last outside. We supply and install outdoor-rated fans on weatherproof, RCD-protected circuits so your entertaining area stays comfortable through summer.
Other Services

Often Done At The Same Time.

Combine a ceiling fan install with other jobs to save on call-out costs. We also replace bathroom and laundry exhaust fans while we're on site.
